The license recognizes the licensor as Elixom, a registered company
under the Company's Act of Jamaica.
The license recognizes the licensee as St Jago High School, 33 Monk Street,
St Catherine, Jamaica (Hereinafter called St Jago or the School.)
Further the licensor acknowledges only the incumbent Principal as having
the authority to decide on any issue arising
from the use of the products covered under this license document. Elixom
accepts that he or she may sublet this authority but does not accept
as final any decision under this subletted authority. Therefore all questions
arising will be accepted as resolved by the decision of the Principal.
This license is a General License and may be further limited in applicability
by licenses issued with a product providing such licenses originate from Elixom.
The products covered under this license are the property of ELIXOM or products
for which ELIXOM has recieved the right to license. ELIXOM may provide these
PRODUCTS as a separete entity with a separate license to other entities. This
license therefore applies ONLY to products or programs and versions of them claiming
this license (that is distributed by ELIXOM with this license.)
The Program may use external libraries for their intended purposes,
in no way does this license claim over or posit to be superior to
the license on these external libraries nor do these external libraries constitue
a part of the Program as provided by ELIXOM. They are merely used by and not
a part of the Program.

shall include any Past Student Assocation, Parent Teachers Association,
Special Institutions bearing a name in the form "St Jago ..." or "Ravensworth ..."
in which the Principal has final decisive authority, and any institution deemed
so appropriate by licensor and licensee in joint agreement.
And in all cases wherein the use of the Program is of direct benefit to the School.
Such organizations are herein called Connected Entities.

conspicuously and appropriately publish on each copy an appropriate
